Little Pest Elimination has great customer service from Patty and Ryan gave us helpful tips and expertise regarding pest control. We went with the attic package to insulate our house, termite and general spray, and to cover all vents to keep away rodents. Very satisfied with service.

Update: A month after I had Ryan come spray my kitchen for roaches, I saw a baby roach about 3 1/2 weeks later. I called and Ryan came a day later. He explained to me that this was normal and walked me through the fact this was to be expected since roaches hatch eggs about every 14 days. Him coming back to my house was included in the initial fee so I didn't have to come out of pocket twice. I'm such a fan of Little Pest and I have told my friends and family about them. They explain everything to you dealing with pests and always go out of their way to accommodate you. He even re-sprayed my patio area just to be safe. I totally trust his judgement so I'll only be doing business with Little Pest.

We knew we had a rodent issue. We found a mouse two months back and was able to get rid of it ourselves in a few days by shooing it outside. A second one came a few weeks later showing itself once in a while and started leaving its marks all over the place. After 3 weeks of trying different traps and getting frustrated with it outsmarting us all the time, we had to call in the professionals.
Little Pest Elimination was nearby and had great reviews so I thought I would try them. They were able to accommodate an inspection the very next business day. They were thorough. They looked for entrance and exits where the rodent (or rodents) could be coming from. They gave me an honest assessment of the matter. I had to face the reality that the problem was bigger than I thought it was. And they explained the problem and what they will do to address it very well. They gave me an assurance and comfort that the problem will be taken cared of and they stand by their service. So I booked them for their next available appointment.
True to their word, they had amazing service. They were professional, prompt and sealed up what they said they will do. I will definitely call them if the problem persists base on their word. And I will use them for their other services as well should the need arise.
